Turkey Cranberry Tea Sandwiches

The perfect combination of fall flavors in a tea sandwich.

Pumpkin Sandwich Bread
Sliced turkey
Cranberry Pecan Spread (recipe below)

Cranberry Pecan Spread:

4 oz. cream cheese (or light cream cheese), softened
¼ cup finely chopped pecans
½ cup chopped dried cranberries

Combine spread ingredients in mixer.

Assemble sandwiches:

Thinly slice Pumpkin Sandwich Bread. Spread a thin layer of Cranberry Pecan Spread on half of the slices. Lay turkey slices over spread. Top with another slice of Pumpkin Sandwich Bread. Cut sandwiches into festive fall shapes with the Autumn Cookie and Sandwich Cutter Set.
