Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough mode. Traditional instructions:
Warm milk slightly. Dissolve yeast in milk. In mixer, combine remaining ingredients. Add yeast mixture. Mix well. Turn onto floured surface and knead. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk. To bake bread in oven:
When dough is ready, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 350º F for 35-45 minutes. |
